In case you lost your password, you can request a new one by clicking on this link. Please fill in your email address. Then you will receive an email with a link in it (note: sometimes you can find this mail in the spam mail folder). Click on this link and you will receive another email form KLIK with your new password. With this new password you can sign in on the KLIK website. After logging in, you can change this password in a self-chosen password, see "Can I change my password?"

PLEASE NOTE: Save your password carefully, because you need this password again in the future.

This may have 2 reasons:

  • The questionnaires on the KLIK website appear one week (and in some cases 3-10 days) before the next appointment with the doctor, because we think it is important to have up-to-date information from you. It is possible you signed in too early.
  • In case you have not entered your next appointment with the doctor, no questionnaires will appear. Please enter the date of your next appointment with the doctor first. In case you don’t know the date of your next appointment yet, please see "I don’t know the date of the next appointment with the doctor yet".

On the homepage (www.hetklikt.nu)click on "Create a new account". Then select the hospital where you are being treated and select the disease group you belong to. This group is mentioned in the letter about KLIK you received from the hospital. In case you don’t have this letter anymore and you don’t know which group you belong to, please contact info@hetklikt.nu. Next, enter your information and click on ‘register’. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after registration. This email also contains a password that you can use to log in to the website. The password is a difficult code. After logging in you can change the password to a password of your choice. See "Can I change my password?"

You can already create a KLIK account on the website, even if your next appointment with the doctor is a few months from now. During registration, you will be asked to enter the date of the next appointment with your doctor. Once you enter this date, you will receive an automatic email a few days before your appointment with the doctor to inform you that you can complete the questionnaires. You don’t have to register again for your next appointment with the doctor. You can sign in on the website directly with your email address and password.

  • Go to the homepage (www.hetklikt.nu) and log in with your email address and password.
  • Under the "My details" tab, it is possible to enter a new appointment date via the orange button "Fill in your next appointment with your practitioner". Enter the date of the next appointment with the doctor.
  • A few days before this date, you will receive an automatic email to remind you to complete the questionnaires.

It is possible that you do not see the orange button ‘Fill in your next appointment with your practitioner’ in your KLIK account under the 'My details' tab. This means that you can’t enter the date of your next appointment yourself. Some doctors choose to set up the questionnaires in your KLIK account themselves. You will receive an email as soon as you can complete the questionnaires.

If you don’t have a new appointment with the doctor yet, you don’t have to do anything. As soon as you have a new appointment, you can sign in on the website and enter the date of your next appointment (also see "How can I enter the date of my next appointment with the doctor?").

We would like to improve the care and support of patients with a (chronic) health condition. Doctors / clinicians would like to know how patients with a (chronic) health condition are doing and how they are feeling, so that they can provide better advice and identify any problems on time. That is why we ask you to complete online questionnaires at home. The doctor or another clinician will discuss the answers to these questionnaires with you.

Your doctor thinks it is very important to know how you are doing. Based on the answers to the questionnaires it is easier for them to give you advice and detect any problems. They can also refer you to healthcare professionals faster if necessary. If you complete the KLIK questionnaires multiple times, the doctor / clinician can also clearly see how you are doing over time.

It depends on your condition or reason of admittance how often you have to complete the questionnaires. Usually, completing the questionnaires is only necessary before your visit to the outpatient clinic of the hospital. This way, your doctor can discuss the answers to the questions with you during your visit. This is usually a couple of times a year. You can also always ask your clinician or send an email to info@hetklikt.nu.

Once you entered the date of the next appointment with your clinician on the website, you will receive an automatic email a few days before the appointment, reminding you to complete the questionnaires. If you haven’t completed the questionnaires yet a day before the appointment, you will receive another reminder by email.

Only the multidisciplinary team can view your answers. On the website, you can see who is part of your multidisciplinary team. You can also give permission to use your data, collected with KLIK, for scientific research within the hospital. This is completely voluntary. For more information about the use of information for scientific purposes, please here. The data will be handled confidentially and anonymously.

The KLIK results will be used for patient care. In case you gave permission, your information will also be used for scientific purposes. All information will be handled confidentially. Your answers to the questions are only available to members of the multidisciplinary team and the data managers of the KLIK team.

Yes, you can see the answers to the questions by clicking on the green tab ‘PROfile’.

If you have indicated that you are doing well in a domain, your answer will be green. If you indicated that you have some problems in a domain, your answer will be orange. Your answer will be red if you indicated that you often have problems in a domain. This way, the doctor will immediately see how you are doing.

Yes, it is possible to print the PROfile. After you completed the questionnaires, you can go to the tab ‘PROfile’ and click on the icon ‘print profile’ at the bottom of the page. The doctor can see the PROfile online during your appointment. Therefore, it is not necessary to print the PROfile fo the appointment in the hospital.

When your date of birth is incorrect, it is not possible to change that yourself. Please send an email with the name, the wrong and the correct date of birth to info@hetklikt.nu. The KLIK team will then correct the date of birth.

You can change your password to a password of your choice. Go to the "my account" tab and then click on "change password".

The website sends the emails directly (for example if you requested a new password). Sometimes, this email is stored in your spam mail, so you can look there if you didn’t get the email in your inbox. If the email is not in your spam mail either, please contact info@hetklikt.nu.

After logging in you can change your email address yourself. Go to "my account" and then click on "change e-mail address". After changing your e-mail you will receive a confirmation e-mail at your old e-mail address. If it doesn't work, you can send an email to info@hetklikt.nu with your new email address. They will then adjust your email address in the system.

You’ve previously set up a two-factor authentication for your KLIK account. To do this, you had to download one of the following apps on your phone:

  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Authy
  • Google Authenticator

You can find the verification code in the app that you’ve downloaded. You will not receive a text message or an e-mail.

Please note! It’s important that you do not delete the app from your phone. You will need the app whenever you want to log in to KLIK in the future.

If you did delete the app from your phone or if you have a new phone now, please send an e-mail to info@hetklikt.nu. You will receive a recovery code which enables you to log in and set up the two-factor authentication again.

For security reasons, KLIK uses a two-factor authentication when logging in. With two-factor authentication, you use a second means of logging in in addition to a password, such as an app that generates a verification code. Your identity is therefore confirmed in two ways when you log in: by means of a password and a personal code. This ensures that you are the only person who can access your account, even if someone else knows your password.
