For children younger than 8 years old, no questionnaires are available. Therefore, we ask their parents/guardians to complete the questionnaires about the child younger than 8 years. If the child is 8 years or older, it can complete the questionnaires itself, unless a child is unable to do so, for example due to an intellectual or physical disability. In some cases professionals can also complete questions on the KLIK website.

Only the patients, parent(s)/guardian(s), the multidisciplinary team and the data managers of the KLIK team can view the questionnaires and given responses. In case parents provide permission, the data can also be used for scientific research by the multidisciplinary team.

When you login to the KLIK website, you can search for the patient under the tab “my patients”. Click on the correct patients and go to the PROfile. You will find all the questionnaires and responses there. Some questionnaires also provide a graph with responses.

The traffic light colours clearly display how well the child, parent or adult is doing. If a patient indicated that he/she is doing well in a domain, the answer will be green. If a patient indicated that he/she has some problems in a domain, the answer will be orange. The answer will be red if the patient indicated that he/she often has problems in a domain.

After logging in you can change your email address yourself. Go to "my account" and then click on "change e-mail address". After changing your e-mail you will receive a confirmation e-mail at your old e-mail address. If it doesn't work, you can send an email to info@hetklikt.nu with your new email address. They will then adjust your email address in the system.

You’ve previously set up a two-factor authentication for your KLIK account. To do this, you had to download one of the following apps on your phone:

  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Authy
  • Google Authenticator

You can find the verification code in the app that you’ve downloaded. You will not receive a text message or an e-mail.

Please note! It’s important that you do not delete the app from your phone. You will need the app whenever you want to log in to KLIK in the future.

If you did delete the app from your phone or if you have a new phone now, please send an e-mail to info@hetklikt.nu. You will receive a recovery code which enables you to log in and set up the two-factor authentication again.

For more information about two-factor authentication and the verification code, see:

For security reasons, it’s necessary that you, as a clinician, set up a two-factor authentication for your KLIK account. With two-factor authentication, you use a second means of logging in in addition to a password, such as an app that generates a verification code. Your identity is therefore confirmed in two ways when you log in: by means of a password and a personal code. This ensures that you are the only person that can access your account and the patient data linked to it, even if someone else knows your password.

For more information about two-factor authentication and the verification code, see:

This guide to activate (download PDF) explains how you can set up the two-factor authentication for your KLIK account.
If you encounter any difficulties, please send an e-mail to info@hetklikt.nu.
